WHAT IS A RUSSIAN KETTLEBELL? A Russian Kettlebell looks like a cast iron cannonball with a handle. The weight is incredibly dense and centered in an off-balance way for many excercises. The off balance state of the weight increases the difficulty of many excercises while allowing for a maximum range of movement.
