How To End Your Passive Aggressive Behavior

Author: Nick Arrizza, M.D.

Have you ever been told that you were passive aggressive? This is not the most endearing of titles to be given by anyone. Why is that?

Well because it implies a number of things:

1. That you have trouble being open and honest about your feelings.

2. That you grudgingly accept something that you don't like and then behave angrily about it.

3. That the behavior is a tactic at intimidating others to do what you want them to do and that in itself is abusive to them.

4. That this makes you appear like a controlling and manipulative person.

So do I have to go on?

Clearly you have a behavior that is rooted in abuse, manipulation and dishonesty. I don't know of too many other behaviors that come with such an ugly combination.

That's why when someone is subject to it they can feel its ugliness and quickly label it for what it is.

This leaves the person who harbors such behavior feeling angry, helpless and terrible about themselves. The other thing is that the owner of this behavior is so unaware of it that their lives can take a very bad road to self destruction.

A new process called the Mind Resonance Process(TM) (MRP) has been shown to assist such individuals in the release of the underlying emotional trauma that creates such negative behavior.

If you are aware of your behavioral problem and you wish to learn more about MRP then read some of my other articles or visit the web link below.
