Read this Article if You are Scared of Public Speaking

Author: Lance Winslow

They say the some peoples biggest fear is public speaking and that they would rather drown. In fact it ranks up with being burned to death and falling to your death. This is a known fact of psychologists that over 90% of humans are afraid of public speaking and would rather die than to get up in front of a crowd. Indeed, this is an interesting phenomenon. Some hypothesize that it stems from early childhood and being forced to read in front of the class while others think it goes back much further in our evolutionary and ancient ancestors social groups and tribes. Whatever the reason this seems to be a real fear amongst humans and it is important that you conquer this fear.

The best way to get over the fear of public speaking is to join Toastmasters International and go to a local meeting in your area, the people are really nice there and it is a self-help group with others who have also or still are very much afraid of Public Speaking. But Fear not because you can do this. Check out their website and find the closest group to you;

http://www.toastmasters.org/

Go check them out and conquer your demons, conquer your fears and live life to the fullest. I am so proud of you that you have decided to do this. Believe me living without fear makes life a lot more fun and will open your horizons, boost your self-esteem and help you do anything you put your mind to, Go for it. Think about it.
